Brief Description

of Duties:


Provides   analytical and technical administrative support services including   analysis/recommendations/coordination of various Health Department   administrative operations and activities.    Duties also include but are not limited to:  preparing the Health Department’s annual   budget, grant management, program evaluation and project management.  Maintains monthly reports and other   departmental data and statistics.

Required Training and   Knowledge:


Master’s   in Public Health with major coursework in Policy and Administration or   Master’s in Public Administration preferred.    5 years professional experience in preparing grant applications; management   of grant-funded projects; budget preparation; program evaluation and quality   improvement; in a program area directly related to public health.  Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency   in MS office products. Valid driver’s license required.
