Responsibilities: Public health activities focusing on emergency preparedness, community education & other activities with a focus on the prevention and control of communicable diseases.
Requires:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a Biological Science or related field required, Masters Degree in Public Health preferred.
2. Good knowledge of communicable disease and community health issues.
3. Problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Time management of program/project.
6. Bilingual, English/Spanish, skills preferred.
7. Intermediate word processing, spreadsheet, database skills.
8. Counseling skills.
9. Independent in accomplishing routine program requirements.
10. Current Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance.
11. Reliable transportation required.
12. Work flexible schedule to meet changing workload demands and priorities.
