Director of Community Health Services The Director will supervise WIC (Women, Infant & Children Nutrition Program), Family Case Management, Immunization, Communicable Disease, Travel Clinic programs. This full-time leadership position requires excellent interpersonal skills, proven systems background, strong fiscal/management abilities & experience in individual & community public health. -BSN & a Masters degree in nursing, public health or public administration required -Current Illinois Registered Nurse Licensure required -Salary range $58,000 to $65,000
Assistant Director Community Health Services The Assistant Director will assist the Director with WIC (Women, Infant & Children Nutrition Program), Family Case Management, Immunization, Communicable Disease, Travel Clinic programs. This full-time position requires good leadership skills, understanding of program budgets/reporting, ability to implement a variety of programs & excellent organizational skills. -BSN required & a master’s degree preferred in nursing, public health or social work -Current Illinois Registered Nurse Licensure required -Salary range $48,000 - $54,000
Both positions require the ability to pass a background check, navigate in client’s homes, may be required to lift objects up to 50 lbs & a valid Illinois driver’s license & current auto insurance.
