Association's Strategic Planning

The Illinois Public Health Association's Strategic Planning Council has developed a draft strategic plan that was presented at the Association's business meeting in April 2004.  As a member of the Association, you have the opportunity to review this draft document and provide feedback to the Council.    Once completed, you may either fax the Feedback Form to the Association's offices at (217) 522-5689 or mail to Illinois Public Health Association, 223 South Third Street, Springfield, IL 62701.  Comments should be received by the Association no later than May 21, 2004

The final draft will be presented to the Executive Council in June 2004.  The Council's work on the Strategic Planning Process will conclude in June with a one-page summary of the Association's vision, mission, strategic goals and key objectives.  This will serve as the foundation for more detailed, shorter-term operational planning.
