This workshop is provided by a partnership between the Community Mental Health Board of Oak Park Township, Riveredge Hospital, and Streamwood Behavioral Healthcare System.
Registration Fee: $10 (payment must be made online at the time of registration). Registration is limited to the first 300 paid registrants.
Time: 11:00am - 1:00pm

Overview: This interactive session is to learn how to leverage strengths to best manage stress, change, and uncertainty. We will highlight emotional literacy and management. We will practice strategies and techniques to best overcome negative emotions and create positive outcomes. Applying self-development strategies into our lives will be an area of focus.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will understand how to deal with uncertainty and manage emotions.
- Participants will practice strategies to manage stress and overcome change.
- Participants will learn how to leverage strengths to address and deal with uncertainty.
Continuing Education Credits:
2.0 CEU’s are available for LCSW, LCPC, LSW, LPC and QIDP.
All other professionals are encouraged to check with their respective licensing boards for questions about whether this workshop meets criteria for continuing education credits.
Following the event, attendees will receive an email with a link to the online evaluation to complete. Once the evaluation response window closes, CEU certificates will be emailed. This process takes approximately 2-3 weeks following the event.
