IPHA is excited to announce the celebration of its 75th Annual Meeting - Public Health on the Cutting Edge: Assuring Equity and Brokering Investment in Population Health, supported by efforts from the Illinois Prevention Research Center and the MidAmerica Center for Public Health Practice. The conference will be held in conjunction with the annual Illinois Oral Health Conference sponsored by the IFLOSS Coalition. This joint conference will take place September 13-15, 2016 at the Wyndham Springfield City Centre in Springfield. Hundreds of public health workers from across the state will gather for the two-day conference to participate in cutting edge professional development sessions and networking opportunities with Association membership.
IPHA Member Regular Rate (August 13 - September 9) = $150
Non-Member Regular Rate (August 13 - September 9) = $175
Late / Onsite Registration (effective September 10) = $200
Full-Time Student (must bring proof to check-in) = $75
Friends of Public Health Dinner Only = $45
Cancellation Policy: Registration refunds will be issued, minus a $25 processing fee, if request for cancellation is received no later than September 1, 2016. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2016. Cancellation requests can be made by emailing Krissy Roseberry at email@example.com.

Overnight hotel room accommodations are the responsibility of the registrant. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate of rate of $70 per night for single occupancy and $85 per night for double occupancy. Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
