IDPH Communicable Disease Control and Immunizations Sections present: Epidemiology and Prevention of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases (PINK BOOK) Training.
The 2 ½ day course April 30 – May 2, 2019 will provide classroom instruction by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The course will cover immunization fundamentals, adult immunizations and pediatric/adolescent immunizations.
Early registration is now open and will be limited to those who can attend the entire course.
The deadline for early registration is March 1, 2019.
If space allows, registration will be opened after March 1 for attendance during only a portion of the course.
