The Illinois Public Health Association (IPHA) is accepting proposals to design a new association website. This will be a concept to completion project. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates.
Proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM, July 1, 2022. Please submit your completed proposal to Conny Moody at cmoody@ipha.com. The subject line should reference your company name and “Website Design Proposal” or the proposal can be mailed to:

Proposals will be evaluated immediately thereafter. During this time, we will request presentation to the IPHA leadership team to discuss the proposal. The vendor will be selected on or about August 1, 2022.
Negotiations will begin immediately with the successful candidate and should conclude no later than August 1, 2022.
The completion and delivery dates of the projects and its’ phases will be mutually agreed upon prior to signing a contract, however, IPHA seeks a website launch before the end of the 2022 calendar year.
