ICAHN is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association an accredited approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. (OBN-001-91) (OH-350, 11/1/2019).

Criteria for successful completion include attendance at the entire event and submission of a completed evaluation form. Partial credit will not be awarded. This program is being jointly provided between ICAHN and ICAAP and though all tasks involved in planning and implementing this activity are shared, ICAHN as the approved provider unit, has maintained responsibility for key program elements. The planning committee members and presenters have declared no conflict of interest. The presenters have agreed to present information fairly and without bias.

This program is eligible for 5.5 hours of continuing education credit by American Medical Technologists (AMT). Granting of credit in no way constitutes endorsement by AMT of the program content or the program's sponsor.
